Rules & Regulations
To prevent accidents and enjoy a positive memorable experience, please observe the following rules:

Road & OHV Rules
- Speed limit is 15 MPH throughout association property
- All vehicles are restricted to association improved roads. No off-roading, fishtailing or spinning on roads!
- All OHVs are required to have safety flags
- OHV operators of all age are required to complete the Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course
- Anyone under the age of 18 may operate an OHV if they are:
- Able to reach and operate each control necessary to safely operate the vehicle
- Have in their possession an OHV education certificate or a valid Driver’s License
- Wearing a DOT approved helmet (bicycle helmets are NOT DOT approved!)
- Under direct adult supervision
- Fairview Lakes Association has adopted the State of Utah OHV rules. More information about these rules can be found here:
Trailer Regulations
- A maximum of two (2) trailers or other recreational vehicles per lot is permitted
- Trailers are only allowed during summer months and must be removed during the winter
- Trailers are allowed for a maximum of 16 days on lots where a cabin is constructed
Other Rules
- No shooting on association property
- Noise curfew is 11:00 PM
- Horses must be boarded overnight in approved areas only
- Dogs must be under control at all times. Please do not let your dogs roam
- Association water is for culinary use only. Do not water any outside plants, including grass
NON-COMPLIANCE BY MEMBER OR GUESTS WILL RESULT IN A FINE LEVIED TO THE FAIRVIEW LAKES MEMBER
