Horse Corral Information and Rules
There are several association owned horse corrals at two different locations within the association available for member use. There are also some privately owned corrals that are only available for use with permission from the owner. All stalls are clearly marked so it is clear which stalls are association owned and which are privately owned.
- Horse corrals are located in two areas of Fairview Lakes Association:
- Meadow Drive (3 corrals, all association owned)
- Fairview Lakes Drive (2 association owned corrals along with other privately owned corrals)
- Horse trailer parking is available at both locations
- Water is available at both locations
- Horses must be boarded overnight in approved corrals. Do not board horses on any lot within the association
- Horse trailers must be parked at one of the two designated areas
- Stalls must be completely cleaned up after use (remove manure, extra feed, etc.)
- Privately owned corrals may only be used with direct permission from owner
